Your Investment

The initial investment and ongoing fees required for franchise operations with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® will be set out in further detail in the company's Disclosure Document, which is provided to qualified candidates during the Discovery Day process.  The initial investment and ongoing fees include:

Estimated Initial Investment:  Less than £100,000 per franchise territory

  • Franchise Fee is £29,950 per Franchise Territory
  • Monthly Royalties: 6%
  • Monthly Marketing Fund: 1%
  • Monthly Technology Fee: 1%

Financing Assistance:

Once candidates are qualified, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® works with various financing partners and financial institutions to assist franchisees with obtaining funding for their business, if additional financing is required.

 

  • Never use printed newsprint to wrap fine china.
  • Pack important and sentimental documents separately to be easily accessible including: children's health records, passports, family records, insurance information and photo albums.
  • For large appliances be sure to check your owner's manuals to see if there are special instructions for moving.
  • Always stack dishes upwards when packing.
  • Use only small boxes for books. They get very heavy, very fast.
  • Remember: the heavier the item, the smaller the box.
  • Don't pack with food or supermarket boxes. You never know what little critter is hiding - or if the box will be strong enough to support your possessions.
  • Make your reservations for movers two to four weeks before your move day.
  • Avoid mixing items from different rooms in the same box.
  • Use wardrobe boxes to make closets easier to pack. Clothes in drawers can be placed in suitcases.
